Welcome to Tathastu Farms ("Nature meets Luxury"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, booking platform, and your stay at our resort located at Near Silwar Hill, Hazaribagh, Jharkhand - 825303. By accessing our website or making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
1. BOOKING, PRICING & PAYMENTS
- 1.1. Tariffs: All room tariffs are exclusive of GST. An 18% GST will be applicable to all bookings. Room tariffs are inclusive of next-day breakfast.
- 1.2. Payment Terms: Full and final payment must be made at the time of booking or before check-in. No credit facilities are allowed. Payments are accepted in Cash or UPI only.
- 1.3. Food & Beverages: Extra food and beverage orders can be paid upon delivery or during check-out. Special requests or items we do not regularly cater to must be paid in advance.
2. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT POLICIES
- 2.1. Valid Identification: All guests must provide a valid Government-issued ID card upon check-in or at the time of reservation. This is a mandatory legal procedure, and we expect your kind cooperation.
- 2.2. Room Inspection: Please double-check your rooms carefully before leaving for housekeeping services or before final check-out for any items left behind. Tathastu Farms management will not be liable for anything lost by guests, although we will provide our maximum support to locate lost items.
- 2.3. Damages: Our rooms are designed and tailored with immense pride and patience. Any room asset damage found upon check-out will be charged separately.
3. RESORT AMENITIES & DINING
- 3.1. Dining & Breakfast: Next-day breakfast will be served in your rooms if a buffet is not laid out. The buffet layout depends on resort occupancy.
- 3.2. Room Service: A PDF of our menu card will be sent to you via WhatsApp. All in-room dining orders will be delivered within a maximum time frame of 45 minutes (depending on order quantity). Please mention any food allergies at the time of order.
- 3.3. Outside Consumption: Outside food and liquor consumption is permitted in your rooms only.
- 3.4. Complimentary/On-Demand Services: We provide complimentary basics (tea, coffee, dental kit, body wash, heaters, 2 drinking water bottles per night, etc.). Additional amenities like iron, hair dryer, early aid/antiseptic liquid, and extra water heaters are available on demand. Note: We only provide basic first-aid and no other medicines/drugs.
4. GENERAL RULES & GUIDELINES
- 4.1. Pet Policy: We are a pet-friendly resort. Kindly keep your pets under your strict vigilance at all times.
- 4.2. Smoking: All rooms permit smoking. Please call for ashtrays and do not litter.
- 4.3. Swimming Pool: Please follow all swimming pool usage guidelines. Pool usage is restricted from 7:00 PM onwards. Do not use the pool if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- 4.4. Decorum: Please respect the privacy of other guests and avoid playing loud music. Do not litter or urinate in garden areas. Do not leave children unattended in garden areas or dimly lit spaces.
- 4.5. Emergencies: For medical situations, reception can help coordinate transport to the nearest appropriate care centre. In case of any emergency or natural calamity, please do not panic and call our reception for immediate assistance (24/7 room division assistance available).
5. GOVERNING LAW
Any disputes arising out of your stay or use of our services are subject to Hazaribagh jurisdiction exclusively.
